using SPV camera on HP Ipaq 2200 PDA !!!!!!!

Can anyone help me with what should be something straight froward(Yeah i hope)?.

I got an Orange SPV on a contract last year and it's now nearly out of contract and i won't be renewing it as i have work mobile.

My work has also recently provided us with HP Ipaq 2200 PDA's which i find really useful, here's where the help comes in the slot at the bottom of the Ipaq is the same as the slot on the bottom of the SPV where the charger and the camera slot in.

Does anyone know is it or would it be possible to use the camera provided with my SPV on my PDA ?.

the slot is the exact same and i'm hoping that all i need is the software and the drivers for the camera.

Any info at all would be great even who make's the camera supplied or are the drivers generic or specific to the smartphone ?.

Any help would be appreciatted and it would be put to good use !.

(P.S. the other thing is it leaves the camera facing the Ipaq screen so is there an adaptor or extension lead to allow the camera to face away or to be moved about on a short extension type lead ?).

although the port is the same size i believe the wiring inside the device is different making it impossible to connect the camera unless you get the extension cable and change the connections manually.

There was a pin out floating about a while back. I will continue to try and find it.
