Copy contacts from phone to SIM (E200)

Hi, as written above, I would like to copy my contacts from my E200 to SIM. There is not a sim maneger as the SPC classic has.

I'd like to go the other way!!

I've downloaded my old Nokia contacts into the new sim but can't see an easy way to copy these into the Contacts?

Any help woul dbe much appreciated.
