PocketMVP-encoding issue

I use EO VIDEO to encode DivX 5.X,but there's no good audio format that can work properly on my smp.Who can tell me which software is compatible for make DivX files with lower bitrate audio(ogg for example),I will be heartly greatful :shock: :!:

For pocketMVP you need the following :-

Divx 5.02 video and mp3 sound (thats what i use)

you can reduce the bitrate to suite your needs, as an estimate, i get a episode of the simpsons in around 9MB.

their are numerous tutorials etc on this forum on the best way to encode your video files etc for your spv. Just use the search function.....

I also tend to use 160x120 screen size.

Thanks steverae.but what I need is a audio coder with lower bitrate,I am wandering if ogg can be binded to the video,if can,HOW?

I have found that WMA is a much much better quality codec for audio than MP3. Bare in mind though, the lower bitrate the more dodgy the sound will become, i personally woulod not go below 64kps WMA. I bought a 256MB SD Card and this holds more than enought wma files for my liking.

You can get one of these from around £40 from ebay.... well worth it.

Haven't used ogg so i can't comment on how good/bad it is campared to mp3. i can just pass on my advice based on my experiences, i'm sure someone will reply saying how great ogg is.....

audio--ogg>>WMA=Real audio 9>>AAC>LAME MP3

video--Real video 10>>>H.264>DivX MPEG4>Real video 9=Windows Media Video 9>...

Any way,I am still in need of a good DivX encoding Software with a better audio solution.
