The case of the mysterious texts?!

I have an odd situation and I am not sure what is to blame. I have an E200 on Orange and my gf has an old Nokia 8210e on T-Mobile PAYG. I receive and send texts fine to most people, and she sends and receives texts fine. however, when I send her texts she receives them, and a text i sent her some time previously!?!

Very strange, anyone encountered this before. is this likely to be hardware or network related, and which end, hers or mine?

Also as an aside, am i likely to be charged for 'two' texts or not?
