backup contacts, programs, SMS, pictures?

Is there any program i can use to backup contacts, apps, sms, pictures, etc... anything that isnt system related? Activesync doesn't work if i flash the ROM of the phone. It sees it as a different device and doesn't allow it to restore data from another device to the newly flashed one.

Try Sprite Backup for SPV. I think its out now. Try to look for it at handango.com

It will backup and restore system and personal data of your phone. (registry, homescreen data, contacts...everything)
