So i got a wav set as a text messag but it doesn't stop

Unlike my wav. file which i have setted for my phone, when someone calls, the music stops. But its not like that with my text message. A text message arrives at my phone and the music keeps on playing till its over. Even when i pick up the phone and read the message.

Any ideas how to come around this. I really want to keep the text message music.

How about cutting the length of the ringtone down to a more suitable size?

But that defines the whole concept of having a ringtone as a wav file :cry: :cry:

Do you know any way around this using any software or am i the only one here having this problem? :roll:

the same thing happens to me, but i expected it to happen. Dont know of any softwatre fix for it.
