I've done some looking around but so far I haven't found any software for the Smartphone that will track my workouts. I've found software for the PocketPC but nothing for the Smartphone yet. I'm basically just looking for something that I can plug in my workout types, how much I lift, and how many reps and sets. And hey if it will track progress and is able to create a text file of some sort that I could print that would be a HUGE bonus!! Is there ANYTHING out there like that?? I don't wanna resort to using Notepad or something like that, I'd rather just use pen and paper if it came down to that! :D I have an Excel doc that has all the info in it, but I can't edit that on the Smartphone. If anyone knows where I can find something close to what I'm looking for, or anything like that. I'm wondering if I can use some kind of Task Manager software to do something similar since it will sync with my desktop, but I haven't really investigated that much yet. Let me know if any of you guru's out there know of anything.

The closest thing I've seen to what you'd like is this health and diet calculator.

there really is task manager that you can found at www.binarys.com

don't quite get it with the syncing method you mentioned...
