Emulator help for Mitac 8390

how do you get the emus to work on the mitac? i have smartnes, gnuboy, and poketsnes installed on my app unlocked 8390 sd. all three apps open, but when you open a rom it either goes blank or goes to home screen. Smartnes gives me an edu frame error. Is there a difference between the 2002 and 2003 platform causing issues. anything i can change to fix. Please help, i am desperate for some of these games.

This is a cross post from that other thread... but anyway.

gnuboy, pocketsnes and pocketclive all run on the e200 under 2003, so it's not gonna be an inherent 2003 related issue, however without having a 8390 to debug against there isn't a lot I can do to figure out what the problem is.
