OTA Unlocking MPx200

I don't know if this has been said before, but since I got my MPx200 back from the repair shop with the latest ROM, absolutely nothing could application unlock it for me.

It works for SPV / SPV E100 / SPV E200 / MPx200

Again, I'm sorry if this is old news, but I had such a ballsache over this! And others are bound to be getting new ROMs as their get phones back from repair and having the same trouble as I did ;-)

I've just upgraded from the original SPV to the MPx, and can confirm that OTA does unlock the MPx200.

Although I forgot that you had to enter the IMEI with dashes - I was trying it without. :oops:

This maybe old news though, I've never looked in the MPx200 section before...

I think this is something that the new firmware needs because I couldn't get the .cab files to work at all.

Anyway, with the new ROM I have in my phone (1.1.22.82), GPRS seems a little less reliable, signal is just as bad but somehow, writing text seems to be more intelligent and it's remembering everything I've typed and is more proactive. Anybody else notice this or is it just me?
