example setup files for making extra screen cabs??

Could somebody post an example of the necessary set up files for making a skin cab file with all the extra screens included?

I have gotten my head around making a cab file to install just a homescreen xml, background images & exe files needed for icons - but I have no idea of where to start for installing all the info/alert/volume ect screens. If someone could post an example of the files needed (inf, xml) then hopefully I could see what need to be done.
