re: problems with coverting a music vid for my spv classic

ive done quite a few diff. vids, but this one is causing me problems. the vid is chingy right thurr remix ft trina. im using the TMPGEne.exe to convert the file for my spv classic. i was wondering if u can give it ago, try converting it for me, then u can tell me how u overcome the problem & advising me the solution. the problem says can not open, unsupported. how do i overcome this problem, i look forward to a reply soon, i appreciate your help in this matter.
