New SPV user needs HELP!

Can anyone help please......

I recently bought an original SPV running the very first version 1.1.6.0 - I used an unlock program that i got the link to from this website. The program is the one that gives you the unlock code for your phone - When I placed a different sim card (o2) in the phone it asked for the unlock code and so i typed it in. The phone said it was unlocked and worked fine with an O2 simcard - i then needed to check my old orange simcard so i put that into the phone but then when i tried to go bac to the O2 simcard the phone keeps saying SIM invalid.

It doesnt give me the option to type the unlock code in again either and so i cant use this simcard!

Does anyone have any ideas?

try wiping the back of the sim card and the phone sim card holder

Probably worth checking the Orange SIM in another phone just to make sure it's still working, doubt the SIMunlock program damaged your phone as I think it only reads the code from ROM.
