Night Vision theme

Hi,

I've been trying to install the simpsons night vision theme which is available in .hme format, but it fails to install on my mpx200. Is it available any where else other than on this website, or is it available in any other format which might work? I tried the zip file but this also fails.

Yes it has been application unlocked with the alphaflux unlock file. Is it available in .cab format anywhere? Also, does it matter where I install the .hme file form? I think I put it in the 'home' folder in IPSM.

The .hme file is a self-installer. You want to paste it into IPSM Windows Start Menu Accessories.

Then go there using the Programs menu and you'll see the file.

Click on it and the skin will install itself; you'll get the usual prompts.

(.hme files work the same way as .cab to all intents and purposes)

Alternatively you need to unzip the zip file and paste the contents into the Home folder.

Sorry to keep bothering you! I tried what you suggested but no luck! Can you try downloading the file onto your phone and see if it works, as I believe the link to the file no longer exists. That is why it is not working i think?

Which site did you download it from ?

You can't actually download .hme or .zip files onto these phones and I don't have a PC here. Could you email the zip to me at [email protected] (my mobile address) - that should work.

Otherwise I'll try it on Tuesday.

You could try a search for the skin on the smartphonefrance website.

They have the most comprehensive collection.
