Programs not installing via activsync.

I tried to install IM+ for my mpx200

but it does not install on the phone, it finished installing on the pc and told me to check the phone for further installation if needed, but the phone does not show anything like it used to before, now when i install a program the phone does not install it.

what do i do?

Failed installations usually get dumped in IPSM Windows AppMgr Install.

This folder should be cleared out. Restart the phone and try again.

You should check you're not trying to install the wrong (eg Pocket PC) version of the program.
