Guest neuronisis Posted April 11, 2004 Report Posted April 11, 2004 Hi, i've got my old classic SPV, i'm going to Thailand in 5 weeks and am going to give the phone to my wifes friend. However it's all in English, he understands most English but it would be a real bonus if i could put it in Thai. Any ideas guys? Cheers Dan :D
Guest awarner [MVP] Posted April 12, 2004 Report Posted April 12, 2004 Not heard of any Thai language support for the phone :?
Guest Disco Stu Posted April 12, 2004 Report Posted April 12, 2004 Another problem would be the lack of GPRS in Thailand. At least there wasn't last summer. Posted from my SmartPhone!
Guest neuronisis Posted April 13, 2004 Report Posted April 13, 2004 yeh i know, i spoke to O and they said there's still no gprs and they didn't know when Thailand were going to get it. Which is a pain as i'm taking my mpx200 with me. :D
Guest narutep Posted April 17, 2004 Report Posted April 17, 2004 Hi, I use O2 xphone in Thailand. I've subscibed and used GPRS here for a year. (I use nokia 7650 before) For Thai language, there are a few Thai software for MS smartphone making your phone display Thai in your application. I use smart Thai, here's link; http://www.createchsoftware.com/new/produc...ct.php?TYPE=201 hope this information might be useful.
Guest ChrisJM Posted April 17, 2004 Report Posted April 17, 2004 Wow! never knew there was Thai language support!
