Device Support - Customisation for i-mate™ Smartphone2

The latest customisations to the i-mate™ Smartphone2 are now available for download. Customisations for various regions are shown below.

Firstly please install Microsoft ActiveSync 3.7.1 on your PC. This can be found on the CD-ROM that came with the i-mate™ Smartphone2 or downloaded from www.microsoft.com/windowsmobile. Follow the on screen instructions. Then connect your i-mate™ Smartphone to your PC with the USB Cable connected directly to the PC, not through a USB Hub.

Arabic Support and Middle East Operator Settings

To install Arabic support and operator settings for the Middle East market click here to download Smartphone2ArabizerSetupV1.11.zip. This file is approximately 2.3Mb in size. Extract the file Smartphone2ArabizerSetupV1.11.exe to a folder on your PC. With your i-mate™ Smartphone2 synchronised run Smartphone2ArabizerSetupV1.11.exe on your PC. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Once you have rebooted your i-mate™ Smartphone2, synchronise it to your PC again, to restore your synchronised Contacts, Calender, Mail and Tasks.
