Would anyone consider writing some new plugins?

Would any programmers here consider writing a .dll for each of the following?:

1) a .dll plugin that allows you press left or right toggle to go to the next plugin (so plugins could be organized left-to-right, essentially making what's on the screen scroll off to the left or right to display the next plugin)

2) a .dll plugin that loads a new .xml file when you toggle to that plugin

I'd like to develop a skin that allows me to toggle to plugins by going up, down, left, AND right. By combining this with loading a new .xml document (when you toggle to that plugin, it loads a specified .xml page), I could more easily simulate a rotating 3d interface

We could do some even more amazing skins if these 2 plugins were available...
