Left menu button not always working on my...anyone else?

Hey guys...my left menu button (above the dial call button) sometimes doesn't work and I have to now press it rather hard to get it to actually work. I talked to another person with the same issue. Is this widespread and is there a fix? I'm thinking of popping the case and trying to reseat the little guy (per the same way as the e100 here: http://www.coolsmartphone.com/index.php?op...rtid=4&Itemid=3 , thanks Richie for the link).

Ideas?

wear and tear im afraid, doubt reseating would correct the problem.

Id contact O and try for a replacement/repair.
