What do you guys use to get mpegs to 220*176 (is that the resolution, I keep forgetting), in order to make them much smaller?

I am looking for something to do this so that I can store as many movies as possible on a memory card.

i think most people use TMPGenc :D

Or if you're interested in file size, your best bet is to use VirtualDub to make divx movies and play them on PocketMVP. Check out siu99spj's excellent guide here
