Cant make new SMS or read SMS - Please help!!

I dont seem to be able to write any new SMS or read those sent to me either.

I've just decert so I can use Pocket TV but that shouldn't conflict should it?

Have you just installed the jmms app on the storage card? as this will give you the same problem.

Otherwise what may have happened is that you have filled the phones memory but this will normally only prevent you from sending SMS not reading them.

I downloaded the alphaflux.cab into my phone IPSM/Window/Startmenu/Accessories so I could use the Pocket TV software on my Orange phone. According to Fizz monitor I have:

device storage: 19% used

IPSM 48% used

main memory 44%

backup 4%

does that help to diagnose and how to get the SMS to run properly again

I would be surprised if Pocket TV was the cause of

this but the next thing would be to uninstall it and

see what happens.

The problem is that if the registry has become corrupt (which seems to have happened) the only fix may be a Hard Reset :D

Thanks for your help and assistance!

I might well have to carry out a hard reset and go through backing up all my software which I've been meaning to do - however I wish there was an alternative to a hard reset
