Funny really, they say £39.99 per year, but when you download, orange is different £4 per month - more like £48 per year.

Cheek of it :D

Also looks as if it is for Windows Mobile 2003 only, on selection list for free download it only lists E200. :D

Just looked at it again, says Orange SPV E200, might be ok? :?

Works on E200 - Orange are doing it free for a month so it's worth having a try anyway/

it is exactly like the XDA-II version I have?

as in... it tells you delays or speed of traffic... but doesnt tell you why?

Its a bit too sensitive sometimes as well - you can tell when the Level crossing goes down on the A17 near sleaford! Traffic might be at 0MPH, but its not gonna give you a 60 min delay.

Whats the difference on the settings page between one off connection, polling and permanent connection?

And on the polling option there is poll every x mins and connect every x mins. what is the difference?

Initial opinions are the program is a bit buggy and hangs the phone occasionally.

Also I wish it was possible for the delay icon to alternate between speed and delay time.

A couple of bugs. . .

The "Show delay time" option in the settings menu is not remembered after you exit the program.

If you open the settings menu and move to another program and then return to traffic-i you can not get out of the settings menu and task manager is needed to close the program in order to make it work correctly again.

The map should auto scroll as you drive after all it does have all the necessary info from the cells.

A good program but they need to fix a few issues before I would shell out £4 a month.

Spoke to Traffic-i last week - apparently you do have the option of £4 p.m on your bill or £39.99..just they launched the Orange version first !!

Couple of smallish bugs but nothing to my first SPV !!

:D Did save me a couple of hours on the M62 on Monday so top app.

Sorry, but that is not right. Obtaining the Cell Id from the phone is not difficult, but you do not know it's lat/long position until you do a request through the network, which unfortunately the network charge a few pence for, so could prove pretty costly on a long journey.

I was pretty impressed with Traffic-i on the E200, not as good as on a friend's XDAII because of the screen size, still far better than I could of done though !!
