can not update the SPV OrangeThailand

I'm using Orange SPV (original model) in Orange Thailand Network. Everyday the phone lose connection from the network (almost 10 time a day), I got to manually reselect the network everytime.

So, I try to do ROM update by using ROM update version 1.61 from Orange UK. Not succuss, these was the message "Error100: incompatible image" and said the model of my phone is ORG_TH but the solfware is for ORG_UK.

1) the losing from network problem can be fixed by rom update?

2) how can I update the ROM, does unlock the phone help?

Welcome to the site :D

The update may help to improve your problem but it could be that your

network reception is poor where you are.

As for updating you need to run the update from the canary screen.
