Stuck message on MPx200, won't delete!

i got this message in the inbox that is [no sender] and [no subject] and it won't delete! I tried clearing the inbox and that didn't work, and resarting the phone. I can't get rid of it. But the counter doesn't say i have a message they remain at 0 until i get a real message. Only problem is it won't go away! Any suggestions anyone, please??

If you mean on a restart of the phone you get notification that you have a message when none are there you have what is called a Phantom SMS click on the highlighted words for information on how to fix this.

Otherwise one way to remove you entire inbox is to explorer the phone and go to IPSMcemail.vol rename this file to cemail.old then reboot the phone. Now explorer the phone again and there will be a new cemail.vol file and you can now delete the cemail.old file.
