MMS on MPx200 in Europe, would it work on AT&T?

I have heard that over in Europe on the Orange network, the MPx200 is capable of sending MMS messages and that it comes with a CD for the MMS program. If I some how got that CD or program would I be able to send MMS on AT&T here, or would it just not work? Anyone know how to get MMS on the MPx200 on AT&T? Is it Even Possible?
