Europe : CSR PLC, a market leader in Bluetooth® silicon today announced that the Orange SPV E200 uses its BlueCore Bluetooth solution.

Orange's third incarnation of the SPV, the E200, is the first SPV smartphone to include Bluetooth technology. With CSR's BlueCore silicon, the Orange SPV E200 enables a user to synchronise contacts with their PC or PDA or to wirelessly connect to a mobile headset or handsfree kit. The Orange SPV E200 retails at 149.99GBP and is available through Orange Shops and www.orange.com.

In conjunction with many other features, the Bluetooth technology supplied by CSR supports the SPV E200 as a virtual office. Including Microsoft Outlook and Windows media player, the SPV E200 can wirelessly connect via Bluetooth to download and upload address books and calendar information from a PDA or PC.

Neither would I. My bluetooth USB dongle is CSR and the range is great. Shame about the crap chipset they had to put in this phone.

thing is CSR chip set is pretty good and standard

problems are pish drivers

had the same problems with my MS(CSR)Dongel they used some drivers they whipped up in weekend only supporting 2 profiles

instead of buying the widcom drivers like every one else.

i just dumped the MS drivers and used the ones that come with one of the other CSR dogels. looks kinda the same to me

All we need now is an advert for the company that made the SD-card software, with it's brilliant battery saving functionality...
