Using the spv e200 as a mp3 player

this is my first post in this forum and i do not know if this question has already been asked but is it possible to play music on the spv and listen to it on the headset without it automatically switching to the speaker when the headset is removed

If I'm reading your question correctly....no.

Inserting/Removing the headset automatically switches the phone's speaker on and off.

Just stop the music before you remove the headset. Are you worried about the headset accidentialy popping out and music then blares from the phone?

I've been unfortunate to experience this already........in the middle of the 'quiet' carriage on a packed train no less!! :oops:
