can I develope applications with Delphi 8 for Windows Mobile 2003??

What tools do I have to use??

Does the standard installation of Windows Mobile 2003 include .Net CF??

Yes the standard installation of WM2003 includes the .NETCF.

i think your limited to C# and VB.NET in visual studio--although you can still program in visual C++ using EVC++.
