o2 xphone asia carrier settings!!!!!

I've accidentally deleted the o2 asia carrier settings folders.....d'oh!!.......could anyone suggest any possible way to get this files.....so that i can bugger off leaving yousss alone????

Maybe find someone else with an xphone? :D

or the only other option would be to hard reset....

But that is a last resort ;)
