Problem With Installing Midnights .cabs (Speed & Voice)

Hey all,

Just recently received my replacement E200 after an unfortunate swimming accident involving the phone and a pint of lager...

So I spend the 2hrs getting it back to how I had it to find Im having a few problems with .cabs.

At the moment it appears to be SpeedBoost, SpeedyMenus and the three voice ones. Ive used the ones on my comp as well as redownloading from Ms site.

Its obviously a prob with my fone as the tweeks went fine into my old one, although I didnt try the voice ones on that.

When selecting the cab from startmenu it does the "download successfull..." bit but brings the error "xx.cab failed to install on your device because the installation file was not intended for your device."

Is there a way round this? Have I done something wrong?

Have you tried getting them from the Custom Cabbage website ?

I don't see any reason for them not working if you've unlocked the phone though.

Are you sure you are using the E200 speed tweaks? not the original SPV ones

As Stu said, go to http://www.customcabbage.co.uk/ and make your own cab there :D

Thanks for that website, those tweak cabs went in fine.

Still having problems with the speech ones though. I didnt realise it was possible those were for the original SPV, I may have deleted the E200 ones along the way.
