Help...Problem with ALL-explorer SPE

On first install, ALL_explorer worked fine, but SPV crashed yesterday and I had to re-install active-sync software and reactivate ALL-explorer.

Active Sync now works, but all-explorer doesn't. I have entered in the new product activation code sent to me by all-locations, and it seemed to process BUT....now if I try to access ALL-explorer it takes me to Product activation screen, saying that it needs to be activated, which I have already done.

Anyone got any suggestions?

Not sure if this helps or not, but in the e-mail that was sent to me with my activation code it did say that any re-instals of the device required a new code ?

Try the activation code website again and get another code, maybe, sorry a bit vague, just supposition on my part.

Have you bought your copy?

I had a similar problem with the trial version, one day it would not work and it asked for my activation code? so I went through both types manual and automatic but every time I did back to the activation page it went :?

The only way I found to get around this was to buy the full version which I do not regret as it's worth it's weight in gold.

Come on Orange give this app to us free :evil:

having tried both manual and automatic installation with no success, I am going to bite the bullet and buy the full version as it is an invaluable program
