The Automatic profile switches between the Normal profile and the Meeting profile when the calendar indicates that the current time is busy Text from when edit Automatic profile Busy - Meeting profile Free - Normal profile /Daniel
Guest ferret Posted April 20, 2004 Report Posted April 20, 2004 They're just categories within the Calendar in Outlook. It's just so you can organise your work schedule better (they come up in different colours too :D ). Also as mrdanne says, it can control the profile switching. The phone will remain in Normal mode until a calendar appointment states your busy, making the phone switch to Meeting.
