My PC wont detect my sap!!!! help help!!

Hello everyone,, I reformat my pc. Im using win98se tapos i re install again my active sync.. tapos nung i set ko na to configure yun ayaw nyang ma detect :?: .. kakainis talaga.. :D what should I do??? d kaya ang sync cable ang may problema??? :oops: help me mabuang na ako....

Few things I'd like to know..

1. Anong version ng ActiveSync ang gamit mo?

2. Can you sync your phone to other PC?

Meron ng latest version ang MS ActiveSync (3.7.1). Try mo uninstall yung nasa PC mo then install yung latest version. Use Search for the download link.

Kung di ka nakakapag sync kahit sa ibang PC, malamang sa cable ang problem.

Kung nakakapag sync ka naman sa ibang PC, baka may problem USB port ng PC mo.

Wag ka muna mabuang, may hard reset pa naman :D

Dre, right click mo My Computer -> Properties -> Device Manger -> View Devices by Type. Check mo kung naka install yung Universal Serial Bus controllers mo at mey entry ng USB port. Kung wala, Control Panel -> Add new hardware -> USB. Use your Win98SE installer CD kung manghihingi ng drivers. :D HTH. Goodluck.
