Xphone can't vibrarate now, but when I try vibraration test

Xphone can't vibrarate now, but when I try vibraration tester programs, it does? I already set the profile to be vibrarate, but when anyone calls me, it doesn't vibrarate, but when I try the tester programs, it works to be vibraration,,,,Anyone helps me? THankz

I have a similar problem which I have put down to the changer sonneries application being on my storage card causing some kind of conflict. It is either that or something else on the storage card or the phone's interaction with it because whenever I remove and replace the storage card it starts vibrating again?
