Activesync Calendar Issue

I sync my Mpx with Microsoft Outlook XP on a regular basis. Lately, when I add an appointment to Outlook on the computer it syncs up and is saved as an appointment beginning one hour later on the phone (i.e. 3pm to 4pm Doctor's appt. on the computer will show up as 4pm to 5pm Doctor's appt. on the phone.)

Is this a daylight savings time issue? Is there even a daylight savings time setting on the phone? I've already tried adjusting the Settings menu and I'm still unable to figure this out.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
