Changing pictures in the rom

ahh, you will have to do some reg changes or run a cab which restores all the screens, which phone do you have? :D

I will restore the orginal startupscreen and were can i download the original startupscreen from a Htc canary handset.

Yes i know, it is stored in the phone in the windows and is called "ms_splash.gif" i think... :D

have you tried deleting the string value MSBitmap of the HKLMSoftwareMicrosoftSplashScreen registry settings? that's where midnight placed it in his tweaks...

am i right mid?:D
