Remind me - how to reduce multi keypress delay?

Ages ago I rememer seeing a _tweak for a reg setting that reduced the delay between multi keypresses (ie, the time it takes to switch between T9 / 123 / ABC when you hold the * key down).

I've done a search and I can't seem to track it down, and I've now got a lovely new MPx200 that I'd like to tweak.

Anyone know the reg key off hand?
