HELP! Smart ROM 1.5 to Qtek/Orange

Tulong naman dyan. I would like change my Smart 1.5 ROM to either Qtek or Orange but to no avail. I tried downgrading the bootloader to 0.98 from 1.04. I am using a card reader/writer and WinHex 8.54 full version. The problem is that the 0.98 bootloader woudn't install to the phone. Help plssss....Thanx!
