Guest ElGato Posted April 25, 2004 Report Posted April 25, 2004 :?: I am looking for technical information on both software block diagram and hardware block diagram showing the path(s) voice goes through from and to microphone/speaker between GSM/GPRS handsets using MS SmartPhone 2003. I have an idea for a Smartphone 2003 based handset software application but need basic information on the architecture to evaluate its feasibility. Thank you, El Gato
Guest ChrisJM Posted April 25, 2004 Report Posted April 25, 2004 Hi, Welcome to the site! could you explain a bit more?
Guest ferret Posted April 25, 2004 Report Posted April 25, 2004 Can't help you I'm afraid but are you intending to write an app that can customise the EQ in the speaker
Guest ElGato Posted April 26, 2004 Report Posted April 26, 2004 Hi, Welcome to the site! could you explain a bit more? :? I am curious as to how phone conversations, instant messages, pictures and other file transfers are achieved over GSM, GPRS and HSCSD. The application I am thinking about will need to intercept the data paths of the items mentioned above. My software will then be able to massage the data and place it back into their originally intercepted paths. :D
Guest squall Posted April 26, 2004 Report Posted April 26, 2004 much of that part of the phone is behind additional security to protect the phone network. have a look at www.windowsmobile.com in the developers sections for various white papers - all the information you should need will be there
