switching of vibra function when smartfone starts

I've not tried this myself but how about editing the Registry key HKCUControlPanelSoundsSystemStart [values] and creating a key (New Value>String) called Script and in value data enter ap (to play a sound - specified in the key called sound) or leave it blank (for no sound). I have no idea if this will work but it's worth a try! Let us know how you get on.
