Orange SPV E200 Application Unlock on 2.6.1.3 ROM update

No matter what I try, I cannot application unlock this phone! I've tried two different methods, the disable security (2 files in temp, 1 shortcut in start menu) but this just says access denied, and the other using the Orange Active Registration program (My phone is SIM unlocked and using O2 as the carrier). This ROM is the latest image released by Orange at this time.

Can anyone help?

Maybe downgrade to older version to unlock then re-upgrade? If so, which ROM image?

have you tried the Orange OTA method?

to do this click the word >>"OTA":)

Before you press submit make sure you have an open GPRS connection, for example, load up the orange homepage in internet explorer on your phone :D

Thanks, that worked for me. Phone is now unlocked. I did see that link before but as I'm not on Orange I was a dubious about using it. Worked fine though.

Question, you are using xphone and you upgrade your phone to e200? What ROM version you used? Where can i download it? Can post the instruction how you did it?

I've recently upgraded to a E200 from orange direct. It came with the update 2.6.1.3

I had problems app unlocking it OTA way (SPV Classis was fine) so i tried just to install programs anyway and all it asked me is if i was sure the program was from a trustworthy source and continue Yes / No?. So i said yes and it installed fine on all unsigned apps. Has anyone else had this? :shock:

Same case as u upstairs. I use O2 on SIM-unlocked E200 (rom 2.6.1.3). Noway to app-unlock it:(
