DivX Movies on SPV

Ok ppl, i know you lot have probably answered alot of these questions already, and i have found most answers but they are all scattered about and i want to bring them together in some questions on this post.

So here goes:-

* My E100 is not application unlocked, do i need it to be to install Pocket MVP? if do does it have to be through orange or will the guide in Coolsmartphone do it??

* I understand that there are some posts on settings for the Virtual dub program to bring out some high quality movies! Where does the DivX player have to go on SPV and how do i install??

* How do i put Pocket MVP on the phone??

* is there a link on here how to rip dvd and convert to divx to play on SPV??

Sorry for the list, but i do hope this thread can bring about some peoples current or future queries

If you have the 1.6 update on your phone, the Orange developers site is the only way you can decert your phone.

As for PocketMVP there is a post in the FAQ section on how to convert movies for the phone.

As for installing it, if you download it from www.monolithix.org

it will be a zip file, unzip it and you will have a .cab file

Place the cab file in IPSMWindowsStart menuAccessories

now on the phone go to ProgramsAccessories and run the cab to install pocketMVP when installing it's best to choose

Storage card as the install location.
