Is it possible to create a folder to store sms/email's for an E200 ?

SMS - no

Active Sync Email - yes (just create them in outlook and they appear, remember to tick them for synchronisation under options)

Other Email accounts - Don't think so, but haven't tried.

Is that what you mean or do you want to move cemail.vol?
