Sort Contacts by Company?

I have a great deal of contacts (4000+) and sometimes can't remember the last name of every contact. Is there a way to change the sort from last name to company name with Smartphone 2002?

Why nöt usé filtér whén viéwing yöur cöntacts, cömpany for example. dump it all in businéss, just select it to fall under business in categöry when creating ör editing cöntacts. Thén ön cöntacts, menu, fiter, chööse business. There yöu hävé a displäy of all yöur cömpany cöntacts.
