Guest chipy Posted April 27, 2004 Report Posted April 27, 2004 hi guys, just wanted to congratulate you all on an excellent forum, well here goes for my first post, i purchased an mpx200 on orange the other day, very impressed so far, i've app unlocked it and now sim unlocked it (thanks to this forum) and have managed to change my startup and shutdown pics. the only prob i have now is when i make a call i get a nasty orange brand bar with the number in the middle, is there any way to change it or get rid of it? any help is much appreciated. thanks in advance. :D

Guest chipy Posted April 28, 2004 Report Posted April 28, 2004 well i've managed to remove orange print under keypad, remove startup and shutdown orange screens and the orange logo on the front display has been changed to vodafone. :D the only thing im having a problem with is when you dial and recieve a call or enter numbers it comes up with an orange branded bar, is there anyway to remove this or change it? i did a search but found nothing, sorry if this has been covered. where is the orange logo's kept? maybe i could change them in paint shop pro? thanks.

Flashing can go wrong, it is lucky that moto have designed more stable flashing than htc so at the moment there have not been reports of the flash killing phones, but it can happen. Also flashing your phone will invalidate your warranty

I'm guessing you got distracted by the other tweaks in the thread, because that's what the "Changing the Operator Logo (Dial and In-Call)" section of the tweaks thread explains how to do! Now where's my drink? :wink:
