voicedial and record button on mpx200

hi to everybody on my mpx200 ( and i think in all the other ) for turn on the voicedial i must hold the record button but sometimes this don't work : one time start the volume settings, another times start vocal notes and this isn't good when i'm driving my car or my motorbike.My question is :

there is another way ( with reg editor for example ) to run voicedial with another button ( like rapid command i mean) ?

I do not know of a way to change this, then again you should not be using your phone when driving let alone on a motocycle.

when i drive i use an handfree kit by motorola and the problem is that when i hold the record button many times i don't hear the "beep" of voicedial so i must look the display and i see that he don't start but start another thing,with a rapic command this problem don't exist.

i was experimenting with voicedial today and found that it doesnot work unless you run the speed dial program from the programs menu then iot will work with the record button, it would be better if it worked with the button on the handsfree headphones
