how to set spv e100 from headset mode back to normal mode

hello i used a nokia headset on my spv e100.at first it works well.but after i take out nokia headset ,my spv still work on headset mode.i cant set it back to normal mode.even after hard reset it still in headset mode.i hope anybody can help me.thanks

I had a similar problem when I used the standard headphones on my E100. It seems that after removing the plug, the contacts in the socket did not release, keeping it in HeadSet mode.

After calling Orange, they told me to still a pencil point in there, to free it, and it worked.

Always use appropriate headphones as different size jacks can bend the contacts / headset profile detector switch thingy.

comebackdx advice will work.

If you want to use different headphones you'll need a 2.5mm 4 pole jack on the end or an adaptor.

thanks for your help.i have solved this problem.i use registry editor modify the set of profile.take normal mode as default device.then spv go back to normal mode :D
