How Do I Rename (Redirect) A Link From Homescreen?

my favourite homescreen is the windows default screen, but when i click on the 'appointments' part of it, it jumps straight to the old pre-installed calander application.

i have powercalander installed on my phone and i was wondering how i could edit the homescreen so that it jumps straight to devone's powercalander, instead of the old calander. does anyone know how to go about this? is it possible? if so, i'd also like to do it for the orange homescreen too...
