I haven't that much spare time for kidding around with you. I wanted that he can provide others with his ports - and that for free. I have great respect of people porting other games! Guest yarod_g14 Posted June 15, 2004 Report Share Posted June 15, 2004 Roozbeh, Thank you for your time and effort on this port. It is extreemly good fun and very enjoyable playing doom on my E200. This post and the Picodrive one seem to be the busiest in this section. People seem more interested in emulators and ports than commercial games. I have bought a few commercial games and I must say I have spent more time on Doom CE and one particular GB game on gnuboy as they are more complete and involved than any commercial game I have had the joy of buying. Was working very well, however now get half way through a level and the game freezes (slight flicker of the windows timer). I have to pull the battery to reset. I've got the classic SPV. I can't figure it out, as everything has worked great up to this point. No crashes or anything and fast in speed. I am using your lates version and the shareware WAD. What did I do wrong here? Doom requires quite a lot of memory before it runs. Guest roozbeh Posted June 29, 2004 Report Share Posted June 29, 2004 those "bunch of black text on a grey background" means a lot.....if you try to read them and tell me where it ends i might be able to help.... also a log file is created try reading that and tell me if something is wrong or missing....or when it ends! it is really strange to me why some ppl dont try to solve things by themself or even try to...i put lot of efforts and time to simply create those black text on a grey background so users can see what things are going right and what wrong! if you didnt solved that send me the file..... but your main problem might be ram....try running it after phone restart!
