How do you create shortcuts?

I know how to create shortcuts in Windows but how do I create compatible ones for my SPV E200?

Same way, basically.

Using ActiveSync : Right-click your mouse on the exe, choose Copy, go to where you want it to appear (usually IPSM or Storage Windows Start Menu), right-click, choose Copy Shortcut.

Using Smart Explorer : highlight the exe, Edit, Copy etc
