"Message failed to send"

Hi all,

anyone else having problems sending text messages? I'm using an SPV classic in central London, and every once in a while I'll send a text and get "unable to send text message" instead of "message sent", and then don't receive a delivery report... the intended recipient often gets the first half of the message (and yes, they're always less than 160 characters). Looking at my Orange bill, I get charged at least once (sometimes twice I think) every time this happens....

I've spoken to OCS, they've not been able to come up with anything, and have been waiting over a week for the technical guys to lend a hand :?

This happened to anyone else recently??

Often happens if i have no signal. If you are indoors etc even in london the signal may not be strong enough

Cheers squall... I've checked whenever it's happened and signal strength always seems to be fine. Also poor signal doesn't explain why O are charging me :roll: I'll post if they ever get back to me!!!
